Yes, You Need To Wear Sunscreen ALL year round

Wearing sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 30 every day is important to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

UV radiation can cause skin damage, premature aging, and increase the risk of skin cancer. Even on cloudy or overcast days, UV radiation can still penetrate the clouds and cause damage to your skin.

In the picture below are some sunscreen products I’ve been trying and loving all year round. Do you spot any of your favorites?

Regular use of sunscreen can help prevent sunburn, skin aging, and reduce the risk of skin cancer. Sunscreen should be applied 15 to 30 minutes before going outside and reapplied every two hours or after swimming or sweating.

It is important to choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB radiation. UVA radiation can cause long-term skin damage, while UVB radiation causes sunburn.

In addition to wearing sunscreen, it’s important to seek shade, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure during peak hours when the sun’s rays are strongest.
